The wastewater treatment plants, produced in Lithuania (Small wastewater treatment systems for up to 50 PT – Part 3: Packaged and / or site assembled domestic wastewater treatment plants) are of high quality, satisfy the  standard EN12566-3:2006+A1:2009 and are marked with the CE mark.

 
Product has been tested in Prüfinstitut für Abwassertechnik GmbH, Aachen (Germany) in 2006.07.31 – 2007.04.22. The test showed high efficiency of the cleaned water. The company has EU declaration of conformity and the right to mark it’s products with the CE mark.

In summer 2008 Certification Centre of Building Products (SPSC) gave to factory a national certificate NTL-01-050:2008 for the wastewater treatment plants over 50 PT. This national certificate is compulsory for each company that wants to produce typical wastewater treatment plants to the market.

Domestic wastewater is liquid wastes generating during human domestic activity. It includes wastewater from bathroom, water closet, sink, washing and dish washing machines.

VFL technology wastewater treatment plants treat wastewater contaminated with organic and chemical pollutants (these are various detergents, washing means and other household products).

1). Perhaps one of the most simple, compact and affordable option is drainege well. It is a bottom filter with backfilling of gravel, crushed stone or vitrified slag, and it has no bottom,so that the water gradually went into the ground by gravity. It should be noted that this option is ideal for soils with high and average filtration capacity.

2). In cases where an accessible distance from the treatment plant is water (or just gutter), removal of the treated water can be made in it. It is necessary to recall once again that the purity of wastewater treatment, in our proposed system, as high as 98%. A similar method is used also for waterproof or weak filtering soils.

3.)  Another option for drainage fields are filtered. This is the most difficult option, both in terms of technical realization, and related, financial investments, and in terms of monitoring and maintenance of the resulting structures. In fact, the field of underground filtration is a network of irrigation pipes, stacked to a certain depth, depending on the depth of soil freezing and the distance to the groundwater level. Filtration fields are needed, as an alternative to filtering well or to complement it.

Small treatment plants AT6-50 , up to 50 GE treat the volume of sewage wastes at a rate of 0.5 up to 7.5 cub.m per day, when the wastewater is received from:

AT biological reactors (hereinafter – bioreactors) are on-site aerobic continuous-flow wastewater treatment plants factory produced from extrusive polypropylene with active sludge for biological removal of organic pollutants (BDS and ChDS), nitrogen and phosphorus from household and industrial wastewater, which chemical compositions are similar.

A bioreactor consists of anaerobic – anoxic, aeration zone and secondary sedimentation tank.

All zones are installed in a single horizontal repository of cylindrical shape and are separated by walls. By means of the airblower the excess sludge is removed into sludge stabilizer, which is mounted in a separate repository.

The treatment unit includes an air blower mounted next to the plant.

The shape, configuration, arrangement of treatment stages and equipment of bioreactors installed are analogous to all AT75 – AT250 models. Along with the increase in the capacity of bioreactors, the corresponding structural parameters of the equipment are increased.

Municipal VFL wastewater treatment plant T300 – AT5000


Municipal VFL wastewater treatment plant AT300 – AT5000 is capable of servicing cities, towns with a large and small number of citizens: from several hundreds up to over five thousand citizens. Our project covers all levels of biological treatment and sludge sedimentation in the integrated reactor. It reduces the dimensions of the plant and simplifies construction works. The tankages of AT1000 – AT5000 bioreactors must be produced from reinforced concrete, whereas partitions can be installed from polypropylene.

VFL technology bioreactor contains integrated all levels of biological treatment and sludge sedimentation (anaerobic – anoxic, aeration zone and secondary sedimentation tank). All zones are installed in the aerotanks of rectangular shape, which base is made from concrete and partitions – from polypropylene.


LAs compared to the traditional treatment methods, VFL technology is superior to both space and energy efficiency. Treatment system is flexible as the duration of all treatment stages can be easily changed and adjusted. The treatment plants of this type are fitted for treatment of unequal and varying wastewater debits and loads.
